Getting Started:
Make sure your password is secure, at least 8 characters with a number and capital letter
Add another administrator or any publishers:
- Open the menu (click on profile icon, top right)
- Click publishers
- Click the green + plus sign
- Fill out their details
- Group them accordingly (All users should be checked as Publishers)
- Choose their role
- Local admin - You and others with these privileges
- Publisher - general population
- Scheduler - same role as publisher but with the added privilege to help in adding ones to the schedule
Add locations:
- Open the menu (click on profile icon, top right)
- Click locations
- Click the green + plus sign
- Fill out the details
Add shifts:
- Open the menu (click on profile icon, top right)
- Click locations
- Click edit button next to the desired location
- Fill out the form
- Slots - how many publishers per shift
- Start and End - start and end time of ONE shift
- Days - which days the shift will occur
Create a schedule:
- Open the menu (click on profile icon, top right)
- Click locations
- Click edit button next to the desired location
- Select which shift templates you want on the schedule
- Click add shifts
Yellow shifts - unpublished
White shifts - published
How to publish shifts:
- Click on desired shifts’ days
- Check update permissions
- Select the groups you want those shifts to be visible to
- Select the drop down to Publish
- Click update shifts
Delete shifts:
- Click on desired shifts’ days
- Check delete deleted shifts
